Director of Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics | AI Strategist | Author
I'm a technology leader who has spent 25+ years working at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, data, and AI. My work has always been driven by a simple question: "How do we turn complex technology into clear, repeatable business value?"
Technology enthusiast, educator, entrepreneur, and family man
As a Director of Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, I'm responsible for maintaining a holistic view of organizational strategy, processes, applications, data, and IT assets. Day to day, that means shaping enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps around clear business outcomes, applying AI and data in targeted, practical ways to solve real business problems.
I've led initiatives across integration, modernization, AI enablement, and infrastructure optimization—always with an eye on operational efficiency, risk, and long-term sustainability, not just short-term wins.
Beyond my primary role, I'm also the co-founder of CharitySoft.org, where I provide pro bono technical guidance to non-profits, helping them make pragmatic technology decisions that amplify their mission without adding unnecessary complexity.
I'm currently co-authoring a book called "Business Value Driven Life Cycle" (BVDLC)—a framework that explores a business value-driven way of working in the AI era.

The person behind the professional
Family means the world to me. I'm blessed to have a wonderful spouse, four amazing kids, and a family of pets that includes dogs, cats, and even a tortoise! Our home is always full of energy, laughter, and love.
I believe technology at its best is a creative act—bringing together diverse talents to create something meaningful. Like a great performance, it requires wonder, collaboration, and the beautiful choreography of many different people working together toward a shared vision.
As a proud resident of Indianapolis, Indiana—famous for the Indy 500 and beautiful cornfields—I'm deeply rooted in the Midwest. I've spent nearly two decades building my career here, contributing to the local tech community, and calling this place home.
If you're a technology or business leader trying to connect strategy, architecture, and AI in a grounded way, I'm always open to connecting and comparing notes.
